Services - Online Therapy and ADHD and/or Autism Diagnostic Assessment
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is available for adolescents (13+) and adults via secure telehealth. Sessions are 50 minutes and delivered by video, or by phone/audio call where video is not available.
I have a particular clinical interest in working with people who are:
-
Navigating a late or recent diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or intellectual disability
-
adjusting to life with chronic pain or other health-related conditions
-
experiencing anxiety, low mood, or difficulties with emotional regulation
-
going through significant life transitions or changes in identity
-
supporting parents or carers of children with neurodiversities (ADHD, ASD, Learning impairments)
Therapy is collaborative, client-centred, and strengths-oriented, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed approaches. Interventions are tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Online psychological therapy may not be suitable for individuals requiring immediate or crisis support. This is not a crisis service. In an emergency, please call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Diagnostic Assessment
Comprehensive diagnostic assessments are available for adolescents (13+) and adults seeking assessment for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or both. Assessments are conducted via secure telehealth in accordance with current Australian best-practice guidelines.
