Resources
Everything here is something I use directly in my own clinical work. Built to be practical and evidence-informed, and genuinely usable. Resources span the areas I work in most: chronic health conditions, ADHD, autism, and the fatigue and burnout that can come with sustained caregiving. They're free to download, no email required.
Nothing here is one-size-fits-all. Each resource is designed to be flexible around your own circumstances. These are general psychoeducational resources and don't replace individual clinical advice.
This isn't a crisis service: in an emergency, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

LEVEL UP
Teen Responsibility and Reward System Resources
Ages 13–17
A weekly allowance system for teens, built around a protected minimum, a short list of core responsibilities, and same-day feedback. Designed with executive-function and ADHD-related research on delay and motivation in mind. Includes a parent handout, worksheet, settings card, tracker, and settlement card.

JAR OF WINS
A Responsibility and Reward System Resource
Ages 5–12
A visual, hands-on system for building everyday responsibility (chores, self-care, emotional regulation, and connection) using a simple jar-and-token structure that kids can see and touch. Includes a parent handout, worksheet, settings card, tracker, and reward menu.

DECIDE & DECLUTTER
A Structured Decision-Making Worksheet
A simple, repeatable questioning tool for working through what to keep and what to let go. Decision fatigue and clutter can hit especially hard for people managing chronic illness, pain, or low energy, and for parents in the thick of burnout or carer fatigue, where the mental load of "just deciding" is often the real barrier. This worksheet replaces open-ended overwhelm with a fixed set of practical, values-based, and feeling-based questions, so decluttering becomes a checklist rather than something requiring willpower or energy you don't have.

CANCELLING OR CARING FOR MYSELF?
A Decision-Making Worksheet for Genuine Capacity vs. Avoidance
A structured checklist for the moments when it's hard to tell whether you genuinely need to rest or you're avoiding something uncomfortable. Built with chronic illness, pain, sensory and social depletion, and carer burnout in mind, it walks through questions on physical capacity, energy, values, and self-talk, so the decision to cancel or show up is based on evidence rather than guilt or second-guessing. Ends with a simple RECONSIDER/GO tally and a reminder that rest, when it's genuinely needed, is a valid choice.
Library-growth note
This library is growing. More resources are added regularly across chronic conditions, ADHD, autism, and parental burnout/compassion fatigue, alongside practical family systems like these.
